- Stone is limestone from quarry , not dressed square but also not rubble ( usuall two sides square.

| The attic is under a hip-roof of a semi-detached house. Roof support beams are focussed on a central loadbearing wall. The water tank is also set on a plinth on the loadbearing wall.

Replacement of water tank. Replumbing of water pipes. Neaten water pipes out of the way. Poissible repositioning of water tank away from the central area.
Possible opening up of the central area by restructuring the structural beams out of the way. |
