|This is an existing old school building in near Rathmullan in Co. Donegal as you may also need to include additional travel costs. The only wet concrete area is the stairs and I feel that moisture will not be an issue come time for the covering.
Could you also let me know if you deal in any acoustic underlay materials or what works best with marmoleum in terms of a sound barrier. As there will be a timber floor dividing both storeys, we are trying to limit noise pollution. If possible could you also provide information and price for a form of acoustic underlay if you provide this.
