Hi, I've got an end of terrace house, the detacted side of the house is really damp and cold, in particular there is a lot of black mould in the corner of the front bedroom that keeps coming back no matter how often I wash, scrub or bleach it.. what's even more worrying is that quite a lot of black mould spots are showing up on the ceiling in the bedroom now an I feel it's making me ill.. The whole interior of the house (4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room and hall stairs and landing (please note this is a three story house). Also all doors, skirting boards, window sills and stair rail. In addition the exterior of of the front door and external surround of windows and window sills.
Front bedroom roughly 12ft x 10ft needs plastering ... Lookin 4 quotes please!!
4 year old, 6 bed dormer just needs refreshing.
Will to pave large area to read of house fence to fence. Looking for a mixture of paving and loose stone to cover area.

Have existing ceramic tiles in kitchen and en suite bathroom. WOuld like quotes to install amtico in these 2 areas
Tiles at small kitchen, bathroom and small room/press around 10 sq meters, and probably 3 different styles
Property bought recently with wiring incomplete. The builder has had the wiring done up to this point, I am looking for an electrician to complete. Mostly second fix. All wall sockets completed. All cabling has been ran. Still to do: RCB board, 3 channel heating (cables ready and timer purchased), waterproof socket(purchased) in bioteck, doorbell, light switches, showers. ESB connection still to be done, conduit laid. Require quote for labour only, or labour and supply if breakdown. Looking to start work this week. NB. I did not own the house during the first fix electrical, so have had no arrangement or no payment fall out with the original electrician. I persume I am therefore free to choose any electrician to complete the job for me, as the new owner.
