The dressing area is about 3,000 sq ft, the walk through closets are about 3,000 sq ft also and then the main bedroom is about 5,000. All the bedrooms are ensuite, and have walk in closets. 4 of the bedrooms will have balconies. The outside of the house will have 2 double garages. The garage to the right of the property will have a 4 room apartment above, whilst the garage to the left will house a large music room. A stable for 4 horses will be behind this garage area. I am at the moment just looking for a quote on both the shortest time period for a build of this nature. And also a rough idea of costs for the build. There will be alot of internal extras such as the fireplaces and wood ceilings and castings as well as the grand stair ways.. which will all be separate to the costs I am looking for in this quote. Description: The Porch has a door with two pains of plain non glazed glass one the upper of which needs to be replaced about 3.5 feed long and 2 wide roughly. Along with this the main door to the house has gracked and partially broken this glass takes up a little under half the door sitting into the door surrounded by wood.
