Mechanical extractor Fan connected to light switch that stays on for 15 minutes after light switch has been turned off into existing bathroom. Vent is already in bathroom as is light and switch. needs to be done neatly i.e no cables running on the surface. purchase of mechanical extractor fan will need to be included also.
