We as property managers have been working with Marbuild Ltd for approximately two years now. We have been using them specifically on repair work to leaking roofs, balconies, gutters and steps. They have also done construction and reconstruction works to walls and pillars.This company has also carried out repair work internally to apartments which have suffered water damage due to roof and balcony leaks. Marceli and his team were easy to work on a few small building jobs floor leveling and wall cracks and carpentry on an recent office refurbishment project . The work was done efficiently and with a competitive quote will use in the future .

Marceli and his team were punctual and efficient. They did a very fine job on my ceiling, filling in the exposed eves with MDF. The finish was professional and done with a minimum disruption to the family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Marceli and will definitely contact him again in the future for other jobs.

I hired Marbuild to repair a ceiling in a flat below mine, I had been informed by a management company that a leaking bath had caused the problem and that there was a mass of water between the two floors, Marbuild went in and were not happy with the explanation! They found several leaks in copper pipes under my concrete floor, I was kept informed throughout the project about what was happening (the flat is let out). There were floors dug up presses removed etc. all leaks were fixed and the floors etc put back as they were found, communication was excellent at every step and I was extremely happywith the job.
