Came to house took measurements and everything ,waited for the pricing for 4 weeks ,got the pricing after a few weeks ,asked for a detailed pricing.Never came back with that .People might be busy,but it would be nice if someone donot want to carry out work just communicate with them rather than making people wait .

Got laminate flooring done in 2 rooms. Excellent, high quality work. Shows that Pat has been in business for a long time. He did a visit to evaluate first, guided on what materials to get and gave a quote. Then showed up on agreed date even though he had a hand injury, he brought along a colleague and ensured that the work still got done as agreed. Couldn't be happier.

Pat came to the house, priced the job and then the pandemic happened. I called him a few months after things calmed down a little. After that, I had to keep ringing him and he blamed everything on the supplier and on the pandemic. He never called back and didn't do the job
