Worst painter ive ever dealt with. Comes across as a man who’s been doing it years but turns out this man isn’t even a tradesman. The quality is absolutely shocking! He got paint all over my new floors and it was patchy everywhere. When challenged he got very agitated and narky. He stayed another day to fix the problems but I counted 33 more issues and sent it to him via photos, he again got very aggressive and refused to come back and fix it. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone, avoid at all costs. Horrible bitter man.

The Worst experience of my life. Paid €200 to have my bedroom painted ,4 walls ceiling and skirting door. Messy, patchy , streaky, paint left running down the walls. Absolutely the worse paint job. He is not a painter a cowboy more like. Ruined my carpet ,my floor , bed and my bathroom all covered in paint . Pointed out my issues got so passive aggressive and left . Rang him 3 times the next day to come back and fix it as I felt robbed . Eventually got hold of him.Came back the following morning worse attitude was actually afraid in my own house . Touched up the walls left more of a mess and left. Out of pocket and need to get someone else to fix it .

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ger was hired to complete internal painting-seemed really eager for the work, good quote so chose him. Absolute disaster!!! His work was really messy, patchy, unfinished, when I asked him about touch ups he got highly offended and moody. Took him almost 5 days to finish the kitchen, paint left from walls all over the skirting, marks on ceiling from paint colour on walls. Cut the job short as we couldn’t endure any more. Still seeing unfinished work throughout the house, I’m so sorry I chose him, got 10L paint for halls& kitchen base- had to get more- yet the full walls in halls weren’t painted, paint for bathrooms went from almost 3/4 tin full thurs eve to a 1/4 full fri lunchtime for a second coat on main bathroom (it’s not that big) don't know where that paint went!! extremely patchy and unprofessional! Would never recommend, we have been left with my work to do ourselves.

I could not fault the work done by Gerard Leach. It cost me 190 euro to get two bedrooms painted including skirting boards and Gerard included the paint which was magnolia. He was punctual and got the work completed in one full day.The work was perfect and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. -

Gerard completed the work for us and we are very pleased with his work. He carefully completed painting and some wallpapering and made useful suggestions regarding the details of the job.
