Hired this bloke to to do some general repairs and snagging(core drilling and roof repairs)..arrived on time,did nice tidy work,wouldn't hesitate to recommend,will be using him again if the need arises

PJ Higgins built our house at Colligan Lodge. Our experience of dealing with Pj has been excellent both during the project and subsequently. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a project manager and builder. His work was consistent of a high standard.to the extent that when the architect did the final snag list he commented that this was the shortest list he had compiled. I found PJ to be responsive to suggestions and capable of devising solutions to issues we had not anticipated in planning the building process. I am happy to speak with any person intending to use PJ's services.
