My name is Kevin Morrin and I have personally worked in the construction industry for 35 years. Morrin Building Services was established in 1992 and since then has been involved in almost all aspects of the construction industry including one off house builds, extensions for architects and private clients and restoration and renovation of period properties. We have also installed a number of wet rooms/toilet/bedroom extensions for clients in receipt of Housing Adaptation Grants from Dublin City Council. During the last five years we have set up an External Insulation division in conjunction with the S.E.A.I. Better Energy Homes grant scheme. As such we are certified by NSAI for External Insulation and are currently authorised contractors for Sempre Therm.

I have used the services of Morrin Building Services for many years now.Initially they build 2 new build houses, giving excellent value for money, on time and on Buget. I always found Morrin Building Services easy to work with and very professional.They were always customer focused and price sensitive. I was so impressed with the initial works they carried out for me, I have had no hesitation in recommending them to family and Friends.Since the initial works, I have had them back to extend my own home and on a further occasion to insulate my Home , a combination of internal and external insulation. Kevin Morrin completed a double extension to the back and side of our house. He did a great job and got the maximum space for us out of some very awkward angles. The job was done with minimum disturbance, on time and within the agreed budget. The end result was everything we had hoped for. We would highly recommend him.

Morrin Building Services have provided tenders for works on clients properties, ranging from small single storey extensions, to very large two storey extensions with attics converted.
