We hired Willie to create an open plan kitchen - which involved taking down a wall, inserting a steel beam, moving a stud wall, and adding an ensuite bathroom to a bedroom, along with a few smaller jobs. Working with Willie was very straightforward. In discussing the job he gave us a clear overview of what was needed. He quoted us a price, and that was the price we paid. Communication was good throughout, with him on hand to deal with any questions, and he was happy to deal with the little adjustments that were requested. He's a nice guy, and pleasant to deal with. The standard of the work was high, with everything was well finished, and we have no issues with any of the work. I would hire him again for future jobs.

We just wanted to say thank you to you and the lads who completed a fantastic job on building another playroom / TV room onto our house . The end product is a good as you promised and the journey has been a pleasure I have to be honest - I had plenty of quotes but I knew immediately that William was the one who could, and would, do what I wanted. He really listened and came up with some great ideas based on his experience of similar houses and projects. The work was done to a very high standard – each person in the team is skilled in a particular area (i.e. carpenter/electrics/plumbing etc), and we were impressed with their work rate, politeness and enthusiasm. There was a very good attention to the finish – and time was taken to achieve this. The team were tidy and respectful of our space too and were extremely punctual. As for the result - it is absolutely fantastic. It has totally changed the way we live as a family and it is really beautiful. It is in fact just as I imagined it - we really couldn't have hoped for anything better. If you are serious about your house and want work of the highest quality then I recommend William Dempsey without reservation and with real enthusiasm. Kind regards David Enraght - Moony

A few weeks ago I rang Willie to talk about doing an extension on my kitchen. He came out at a time that suited me, spent some time looking around and gave me a quote. I got several quotes and Willies quote was the best. I rang a lot of people willie had done work for and found that they were more that pleased with his work. He arrived everymorning at 8am, and worked solid for the day. Willie and his expert team are excellent. They are curtious, honest and trustworthy. My wife and I actually enjoyed having them in our home. It was a pleasure to get willie and his team and we consider ourselves lucky that he completed our extension. He is a man of his word and an excellent worker. The standard of his work is second to none, his manor in which he dealt with all our queries and worries is a true credit to him. They say it can be stressful getting work done in your home and it is, but willie always put us at easy. I would recommed w.dempsey builders to anyone, and I will use them again. Its hard to find people like willie these days, but its comforting that they do still exsist.

Willie resealed and painted our old cast-iron gutters and put some crow guards on our chimneys. He's friendly and did a great job in just a few hours and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Willie did a couple of jobs for me last month (Jan 12) including replacing my guttering etc. He's great, no problems with the job, during or since. He was quick, tidy and very easy to work with. I outlined the job to be done, we discussed the options and agreed what had to be done. For a pleasant change I'm happy to say all went smoothly. I will be calling him again if I need other work done and am happy to recommend him to others.

Willie resealed and painted our old cast-iron gutters and put some crow guards on our chimneys. He's friendly and did a great job in just a few hours and I'd recommend him to anyone.
