I was delighted that John showed up on time as agreed. After that it went downhill. He started the job he had quoted for and that we had spoken about. After dis-assembling my sink he told me he needed to go and get some extra parts and would be back shortly. 48 hours later and there's no sign of him and he's not answering his phone. My jobs unfinished and I need to source another tradesman to complete the job. I have a suspicion that he was chancing his arm and realised he wasn't up to the job when he arrived but ran off rather than being honest about it. I hope nothing untoward has happened to him. If genuine illness or an accident struck him that would be awful but I can't help like feeling this was just sheer unprofessional-ism...

Very punctual and professional, would certainly recommend John. Did a great job, very pleased with the work. Also, very reasonable rates, and completed the job within agreed timeframe. Would hire him again for any future jobs.

Can't recommend John enough. Excellent work, was prompt, showed up on time, delivered on all promises, excellent attention to detail. Will certainly be getting John again for other jobs.

At present John Paul & crew are very near completion of a down stairs refit. So far the work they have done in our home is excellent. Their attention to detail is brilliant and are very meticulous about their work. We found the guys very polite, punctual and professional. We would certainly have no hesitation in highly recommending John Paul Building Services to family and friends for any construction work they would need done.
