John and his team were so efficient, professional and knowledgeable that I would most definitely hire them again. Drain Power will not let you down. They called over, they assessed what needed to be done, they did it. They explained to me exactly what they did and how they did it and kept me in the loop the entire time. They also gave me great advice and tips to keep my system running smoothly. I cannot recomment these guys highly enough - they are fantastic!!!!!

The service man called at the agreed time and waited in his van until I arrived home from work. He was very well presented and well spoken, No sales talk and he seemed keen to get the job done. He was very thorough and exact in what he did and he explained what he was doing and how I could maintain the system myself. He would'nt come into the house and he cleaned up in the service van. I cant fault John and I would recommend him to any householder, its a dirty job but John adds a bit of professionalism to the routine.
