Replyed to my add within an hr.Super efficient,came on day that suited,explained everything that he was doing.job done 110%.If you need a job like this done,forget any other company,this is the man for the job.Very good on price and more importantly an absolute gentleman to deal with.Could not praise him and is company enoughHighly recommened!!!Continued sucess to you John and company!!

John and his team were so efficient, professional and knowledgeable that I would most definitely hire them again. Drain Power will not let you down. They called over, they assessed what needed to be done, they did it. They explained to me exactly what they did and how they did it and kept me in the loop the entire time. They also gave me great advice and tips to keep my system running smoothly. I cannot recomment these guys highly enough - they are fantastic!!!!!

The service man called at the agreed time and waited in his van until I arrived home from work. He was very well presented and well spoken, No sales talk and he seemed keen to get the job done. He was very thorough and exact in what he did and he explained what he was doing and how I could maintain the system myself. He would'nt come into the house and he cleaned up in the service van. I cant fault John and I would recommend him to any householder, its a dirty job but John adds a bit of professionalism to the routine.

At first I thought the price was a little high, but 2 men called to clean and survey the sewer line. They used a hydraulic remote saw to cut an intruding connection which was causing the damage. No extra charge for this either. I am delighted with this site and Drainpower. I will definitely recommend again.

After 6 months of problems, and 4 other companies unable to get to the root of the problem, John had the job 100% complete in 3 hours. John has all the necessary equipment at hand, and resolved a number of long-standing issues without any disruption. He explained everything, made recommendations and was able to navigate me through the entire drainage network to ensure that I could prevent any future issues. If you have any draining problems, then I highly recommend Drain Power Environmental.

seemed good. knew how to sell it. the job seemed well done. honestly i would have liked for the covers to have been cleaned as well-asked would they be told yes. only a small thing. overall the job seems very well done

Drainpower provided a fantastic service at a reasonable price. John explained everything as he went and gave Great advise and explanation of the proper and Efficient working of a septic tank, and more importantly advised how To prevent blockages occurring in the future.

I called MCR Drainpower and they send an engineer out the same day. I hadnt a clue what was supposed to happen, but John gave me the low down in lay mans terms. no complaints. ( good looking guy too.... )

Drainpower called to my house within 2 hours and the engineer couldnt do enough to ease my mind and assure me that the septic tank problem woyld be fixed. Very highly recommended
