House Extension Jobs

March brings an increase in home extension projects across the board. With the largest increase coming in the greater Dublin area (Dublin, Wicklow, Meath, Kildare) over the last 3 years, we expect this to continue in March 2017. This will deliver more work for building contractors, Architects, Surveyors and Building engineers over and above previous years. House Refurbishment Jobs

Refurbishment activity will increase by as much as 30% in March from February levels. Leading the way are kitchen refurbishments, followed by Bathrooms and minor inner works.  This will place a demand on kitchen fitters, carpenters and tilers. Take advantage. 

Storm Damage - Jobs for Roofers and More.

Storm season will bring a surge in demand for roofers, glaziers, Electrical repairs and external carpentry jobs to supplement normal job volumes on our service for these job types. Electrical re-wires and plumbing installation works remain steady with latent demand being fulfilled in the coming month dues to the increase in building works.

Jobs for Painters and Flooring

Boiler service and repair jobs will continue to be in demand but the volume will depend on prevailing weather conditions. If there is a cold snap, expect demand to soar as in previous years.

Landscaper Jobs

Finally, March sees renewed demand for external landscaping/hardscaping jobs as homeowners start considering the Irish summer (earlier and shorter each year). It’s a good time to start building a sales pipeline in these areas.
