I had a problem with a leaking roof in a rented property. Derek assessed the job and reported back to me. It was necessary to erect scaffolding and Derek dealt with the scaffolder and all licenses required to erect same. I found Derek excellent to deal with, very efficient and he liaised with me regularly throughout the process and the job was completed to my satisfaction. I have since used Derek regularly to address other maintenance issues and have at all times found him reliable, efficient and fair. I would have no problem recommending Derek Larkin in the future.

Derek was excellent from start to finish. Site visit and quote were done very quickly and the job itself completed within a week and a very high standard of work also. Will definitely here Derek again and would have no problem recommending him.

I would highly recommend Derek for any roof work that may be required. It was clear from day one that Derek had plenty of experience and dealing with a roof with original slate tiles didn't phase him. He has great attention to detail which saw him check and secure every individual slate for me. He also managed to source perfect replacement tiles to repair an exposed hole in the roof. One year on and close to 9/10 storms later, not one slate has shifted! When some roofing companies would only replace the entire roof, Derek was brave and honest enough to tackle the repair job and did a fantastic job! Thanks Derek!

As i had not used this service before i was a bit apprehensive. But Derek got the job done and was very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend him, great job thanks.....
