- I’ve had trouble loose tiles on the roof for a while now, but the wind recently made more of them to fall off the roof & into the gutter. John responded within 2 hours to my request; his tradesmen are exemplary, were with us for 2 weeks, and finished the tasks (and more) very neatly and cleanly. I would highly recommend this business. VERY grateful to them all! The crew remained on the job every day until it was completed.
The tasks were more than I had thought...chimney was removed safely, but they noticed lots of water ingressions, and stayed on to source where it was coming in. The windows needed a lot of attention, due to the installers not putting in any DPC at the time. All are now water-proofed, I have a dry home again. Thank you.
