Michael & tom are two absolute gents. We were having an issue with our shower leaking and also needed a new radiator fitted at the same time. A number of plumbers had ghosted us after initial contact, but then got in touch with Michael and he was out the next day with Tom and had everything sorted in an hour. Place was left spotless after they left. Two genuinely nice blokes aswell ????

We hired Michael and Tom initially to fix our shower and toilets. We were so happy that we asked them to replace our boiler a week later. I highly recommend them. They offer a personal service, very professional, fairly priced and very tidy workers. We couldn't be happier with the job. We will be using the guys for all our jobs going forward and will be recommending them to everyone we know.

I'm very late providing this review, which is an injustice to Michael and Tom...
Gilroys provided the first response to my job request. Not only that, they provided contact details and a practical way to estimate the job without a suggesting a survey visit. When we agreed to go ahead, they provided sound, non-nonsense advice and clear pricing. They made an appointment and turned up on time. The job was completed to a high standard.
If an objective review such as that provided can be improved upon, it is only to say that Michael and Tom present as genuinely nice guys, and I'm pleased to say that having subsequently engaged them to perform boiler testing my opinion of them is unchanged.

Excellent, prompt, reliable. Michael and his brilliant son Tom are Problem Solvers who gave a much better (and cheaper) solution to a load of messy problems. Turned up at 06.52 having driven 60Km for the appointment at 07.00. Tidy, quick and energetic. Do not go anywhere else. Get your job done right!
