Came to house took measurements and everything ,waited for the pricing for 4 weeks ,got the pricing after a few weeks ,asked for a detailed pricing.Never came back with that .People might be busy,but it would be nice if someone donot want to carry out work just communicate with them rather than making people wait .

Got laminate flooring done in 2 rooms. Excellent, high quality work. Shows that Pat has been in business for a long time. He did a visit to evaluate first, guided on what materials to get and gave a quote. Then showed up on agreed date even though he had a hand injury, he brought along a colleague and ensured that the work still got done as agreed. Couldn't be happier.

Pat came to the house, priced the job and then the pandemic happened. I called him a few months after things calmed down a little. After that, I had to keep ringing him and he blamed everything on the supplier and on the pandemic. He never called back and didn't do the job

We called him to come and look at job, he didn't have pen to write address and said he would call back to get directions to house, we are still waiting!

Pat responded quickly and did a great job sourcing the leak in my roof. He repaired it well and charged a reasonable price. I recommend him.

Pat is a most skilled tradesman and transformed my terraced home which now looks pretty as a picture. His attention to detail is amazing and he found a solution for every problem, large or small. He worked to a tight deadline and left the house so clean. I would recommend Pat without hesitation and you won't be disappointed.

Pat arrived to do the estimate and then to do the work when he said he would. The job was done quickly and without mess. He is very pleasant and I would be very happy to call on him again if I had other work to do.

Pat converted an attic for us. He works extremely hard, he is very reliable and produces top quality work. He takes great pride in his work and will go to great lengths to deliver on time. A very nice, hard working, reliable gentleman

Pat has cut to measure & assembled a door with a frame under the stairs. He is accurate, gives attention to details, delivers what he promised at a reasonable price. I will ask him for more jobs in the future.
