I found Michael to be very efficient and very precise. I was impressed with how detailed his explanation was to the problem I had with the plumbing in my bathroom. Score: 10/10 Very thorough work from Michael. He did research on the products before he ever arrived. Took his time to analyse the problem from every angle, explain what he'd found and go through the options.
