We were introduced to Gareth some years ago when we were having some renovations done to our home in Clontarf, Dublin 3. The job was complicated somewhat as our home is a protected structure. We found Gareth’s advice and insight into how to approach such a project inspirational and professional at every level. He is a very good listener, meticulous and intuitive. Generally, as is the case with big jobs unforeseen problem occur, Gareth always made himself available and issues were resolved seamlessly. We could not have chosen a better man for the job. To that end we have no hesitation in recommending him.

Perhaps a telling comment is that during the build a number of tradesmen commented on the excellent work of the architect in terms of use of space and design. From preliminary discussions, through draft designs, final design, to choosing builder, contracting, build and working with further possibilities, we have found GBA to be attentive, creative and practical. Throughout the whole process there was a listening to our needs and wants and a continual looking after our interests. We are very happy with the final product, as are family, friends and neighbours. We have no hesitation in recommending GBA.

I only work from recommendations and Gareth comes well recommended, He worth talking to and has chalked up some very nice designs and referances, which he is happy to share. He gets 10 out of 10 for the house he designed for me.

We have been working with Gareth Brennan on our two story house extension for the past 9 months now . In this time Gareth has helped us desgn our new space, we found with him ,he was always open to our ideas and changes we would make to the inital design . Gareth looked after all the planning application . Gareth also helped with the tendering process .We decided to keep Gareth involved with our building project and have 2 weekly site meetings . We would highly recommand Gareth .
