Trevor Stuart Williams of Build-it Construction has completed several pieces of work for us and is shortly to commence another. He has completed construction work, built capped, and plastered a wall to a very high standard and built kitchen cupboards for us and fitted a complete utility, including hand-made kitchen cabinets. I have also been to several of his construction sites, where he has built extensions and conservatories and replaced roofs. Trevor is a perfectionist who is a very capable, thorough and committed builder. He works to pre-determined timescales and completes jobs on time. He is an immensely experienced builder who is never defeated by a challenge. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any work for which he is quoting. His prices are very fair and realistic – usually much cheaper than other builders. His reasonable prices do not reflect the quality of his work, which is well above average.

I write this letter in recommendation of Trevor. I had the pleasure of Trevor doing many types of different work in our house. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the work, Trevor was a truly professional. He was accurate in his assessment of the scale and cost of the projects. The work was done with care and precision. The work he designed and executed was perfect. In addition, he was extremely clean and tidy at all times. He never left the work in disarray. I live in a 250 year old cottage and required an extension for a kitchen. Trevor Stuart Williams was recommended to me by friends and i inspected samples of his work before agreeing to engage his services. I wanted a kitchen that was bright, spacious and modern while still retaining the character of a country cottage. Having studied the blue-prints of the extension, Trevor made valuable suggestions to improve the original plans. Work started on the agreed date and i was kept informed of the progress at every stage. The work was completed within the agreed timescale and i was more than satisfied with the quality of the work, and efficiency with which it was completed. Trevor is a highly skilled builder, and his work has been praised by friends, neighbours and my relatives. I would strongly recommend Trevor for any type of building work where a top class result is required. During the period of construction i was able to continue living in my home. I have had top quality work done since by Trevor and if i ever need any work done in the future, i hope Trevor will be available to do it. Sincerely Brendan

I would be more than happy to recommend Trevor for any form of carpentry work. He has completed 2 separate jobs for us and the quality of his work was excellent. Trevor spent time going through my requirements and gave very clear and detailed quotes on the job. His attention to detail is superb and he completed the job in the time estimated and to the standard required. One of the jobs was not straight forward and his input on getting the best result was very useful in deciding how best to complete it. He is a very reliable person and someone who I will definitely use again in the future.

I have had the pleasure of using Trevor Stewart-Williams on projects for me which ranged from an attic conversion of approx 600square feet which is now an additional living area as well as a master bedroom complete with en suite, to an extensive deck area and additional fencing outside my home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trevor to anyone as his workmanship is excellent, he turns up on schedule and his quotes are very competitive and comprehensive, so you know that you get what you expect. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that I have plans to make use of his services again,

Trevor Stuart-Williams was employed by me in connection with the renovation of an old stone building, from June to November 2010. The work involved insulation, dry lining and painting of 2 large rooms (12m x 6m), laying a pine floor, hanging doors, the installation of the central heating/hot water system, and the installation of a wet room and a kitchen area. I found Trevor to be approachable, reliable and a good time keeper. His work was of a good standard and I would use him again should the situation arise.

In 2009 Trevor Stewart-Williams built an Orangery/ Greenhouse in our garden at Whitechurch. The finished product was of a standard beyond our exoectations.His workmanship was excellent and the building was completed both to a superior standard and inside the expected completion date. Later in the year he traced a water leak in our central heating system with such accuracy that it necessitated the removal of only 1 floor tile to repair the leak.
