Arrived when he said he would, had a plumber with him also (who we were also happy witb) so we didn't have to arrange one separately, knew what the problem was when explaining the issue over the phone, had all the parts needed with him, got the job done quickly & without any drama, came on the same day which was great as we had no hot water! Checked in the next day to make sure we had hot water & no trouble, happy with the work, knew what he was doing & would use him again if we had any future electrical issues.
