I am writing this letter to highly recommend Darren O’ Connell of D.O.C Developments for work he carried out on the renovation and extension to our property. Darren was extremely helpful throughout all stages of the operation, from planning right through to the final stages of the renovation. The standard of work was always completed to the highest of standards and any unforeseen issues were always communicated to us fully. This standard of quality extended through to all the subcontractors used by D.O.C Developments as we found them to be extremely professional and hardworking, and their work was all overseen by Darren personally. I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren to carry out any construction work, as I found very agreeable, tidy and professional at all times. DOC Developments has completed renovations of the second floor of our house. They dry lined and re-plastered the complete second floor and the craftsmanship was exemplary. they started the job on the morning they said they would and were on time every morning. The job was completed on schedule and they did a great job tidying up after themselves. In fairness you would not of known that any work had been completed. The lads that work for DOC Developments were very friendly, courteous and professional. I have no hesitation in writing this recommendation for DOC Developments and I have already recommended them to friends, family and my employer and I plan to use them again for the next project. We were very happy with the renovation job that was recently carried out at Synergy Health in Tullamore. We found Darren and his staff to be extremely professional and courteous. They understood the importance of carrying out the dirty part of the renovation work outside of office hours and they ensured that all corridors etc were kept clean during the duration of the project. We also found Darren to be extremely punctual and good with deadlines. He carried out the work in the timeframe that he had committed to and I would have no problem recommending him to somebody else. On the back of the Finance office upgrade he was also given another project in Synergy Health of renovating a meeting room and this work was also completed to the same standard. I hard work carried out at our home in November 2016 by DOC Developments. They constructed a Utility room and Shower room on the rear of my property. I was very happy with the standard of work carried out and the timely fashion on which the work was completed. I thought it very easy to consult with Darren and get my idea of what I wanted across and he gave good advise on what would work and what wouldn’t, Thankfully..
