Dineen Building Services - Ratings

I approached Diarmuid Dineen while he was doing some work on my neighbours house and asked him to price removing a back boiler and a marble fireplace and to fit a small Stanley stove. Diarmuid called back the following evening with a price and a list of all that was required to do the job. So we agreed on his price and within two days all the work was finished. Truly a well executed job. No mess, No fuss. Will be keeping him in mind for any work I may have in the future.

We had the good fortune of using Diarmuid Dineen on two occasions recently. At all times he was very professional in his attitude and in all the work carried out. His work was of the highest standard without leaving anything to chance. He is meticulous in his preparation and planning of all work. He is very punctual and all work was finished on schedule. He is very honest and the price agreed was adhered to with any extras agreed before hand. We would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a man who takes great pride in his work.

Diarmuid did an excellent job for us. He listened to our requirements and his attention to detail was superb. The corner unit we needed for the TV, SKY box etc exceeded our expectations in terms of finish and meeting our needs. I would have no hesitation recommending Diarmuid as a carpenter of exceptional quality.

Diarmuid cleared out scrubland behind my industrial unit, dug it out, poured concrete and put up fencing. All done very quickly and and the place looks great now. Definitely recommend.

To whom it may concern, I had Diarmuid in to convert the upstairs of my garage into a bedroom, It only took him seven days to transform storage space into a living space, No mess, no fuss, No extras. He gave outstanding advice and ideas on all aspects of what needed to be done. I will be asking him back again soon to do some more work for me.

We had Diarmuid and his crew in to do an extension and renovation. I have never come across such a high standard of workmanship. He delivered on time no messing and within the agreed price. Will call him back to do more in the future and would recomend himto anybody no problem.
