I had a disappointing experience with this designer. Here are some key issues I encountered:
Communication: The designer frequently contacted us before securing the contract. However, after we agreed to proceed, he rarely responded to calls or messages.
Punctuality: He failed to start the project on the agreed date and often delayed without providing any updates.
Payment Terms: He requested a significant portion of the payment upfront, which was concerning given the subsequent issues.
Quality of Work: The materials used were of lower quality than what was initially promised. The final design deviated significantly from our original plan, and the utilization of space was poor.
Professionalism: Overall, the new kitchen is less functional and aesthetically pleasing than our old one. This designer did not meet our expectations as a reliable tradesman.
I would not recommend this designer based on my experience.
