They were hired to remove a boiler, radiator, and kitchen plumbing. The boiler was removed and replaced is working fine, however they did not remove the plumbing that was discussed. They did not answer calls and when they did come out before the kitchen install date as was discussed. Due to this, I had to cancel my kitchen install date which threw off many other dates. When they did finally come out to remove the radiator and plumbing, it was not as discussed. I had to hire a second plumber to come out to tidy the pipes and remove the radiator stems as they were left behind and pay an emergency fee.
