I was requested to do a job, I did my job. The heating was not working downstairs, as everybody was with the winter clothes on, I did the job at half price and lost all my day with extra work calibrating his heating and using all his second hand parts. After all this, the customer next day begin to be rude with me, and I told him any problem call me and I will help.
Unfortunately very poor work and customer service. Hariton is from Romania and he is not familiar with the Irish plumbing system. He installed the heated towel rail but was unable to calibrate the heating system properly, saying that he is every day learning something new in his job. He took the money as agreed and even more. When he was leaving he said if any problem regarding his job to call him back. On the next day, the towel rail was noted leaking. He was asked to come to fix it. The money was paid to make the job properly. He texted: 'You are rude....it's not my problem. I don't think I want to work with you.' Now I have to look for another plumber and pay again. The price for this job will double for me now.
Pros: - Hariton was able to fix the towel rail to the wall and connect it to the pipe. Has some general knowledge in construction.
Cons: - Not familiar with the Irish plumbing system. Doesn't know how to calibrate radiators.
- Uses swearing words every minute ( such as f..... Irish gypsy, etc...)
- Not honest and very loud when something goes wrong. Blames customer.
- Not willing to resolve the problem with his work after money is taken.
