DO NOT USE THIS WASTER. I feel obliged to write this review so nobody else will get messed around as we did. Dean should not be on this website or any website to advertise his work. I've never met anyone who was an incompetent, who's word meant nothing and continued to lie through his teeth about starting our job. The work involved was a full re-plumb of our house, a date was set to carry out the job. Money was handed over for the parts needed, a considerable sum. The first week he was due to start he said he was finishing off another job and needed another week. At this stage, all the rooms and attic had been cleared out. Curtains removed, furniture moved and covered. We have a young child and all his bits and pieces had been sent to grandparents house as we were going to be out of the house for a week or so. At this point parts had arrived. He messed up the first order, a mixture of our parts and for another job had arrived, the next order he also messed up, we were short a good few parts needed. The next week he said he was sick, i gave him the benefit of doubt but soon realised he was full of crap. He then had the cheek to say he was unsure about when he would start our job as he was working for a contractor who was as dean would explain as his 'bread and butter'. Least to say we were fuming with this idiot for messing us around. Everything had to be sent back to get our money back. Dean still owed some cash and it was like trying to get blood from a stone. He continued to lie thru his teeth about calling out to our house to return the money, he kept cancelling. He even said he transferred the money online, but clearly hadn't. Eventually he admitted he didn't have the cash to give to us. It took for a few weeks to get it back but we did in the end. This guy has to be avoided. Don't get caught out like we did.
