Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience with FF Plastering & Tiling. He was doing tiling and plastering for us and let us down in both areas. The plastering was okay but he left a few areas unfinished that needed to be refinished by another plasterer. The tiling on a small toilet was poor with tiles uneven with a large lip and uneven gaps between tiles. after I pointed out the mistakes and explained I was going to get someone else to do our upstairs bathroom he refused to finish the job. I had paid him in good faith for the downstairs toilet and he left the tiling unfinished so I had to get another tiler to finish the job. I do not like to leave bad reviews but it was a poor experience overall with FF and I could not recommend him to others.

FF Plastering & Tiling viewed and priced a small tiling job and despite agreeing a a price, a timeline of one day to complete and the materials I needed to provide he failed to turn up to complete the job as agreed on two consecutive days. FF was very easy to contact when pricing however once the job had been awarded he proved much less communicative and failed to let me know that he would not be coming on both days mentioned above. To make matters worse he knew that the job was urgent. I would not recommend FF, in my experience his service is unreliable.
