This man replied to my job,we made contact,we agreed the time,date,place,duration of job(approx) and the cost.He came-on time- and did the job. He was business-like,effecient,task-centred,and had no tales of woe of one kind or another about some job he did somewhere else. I had a very positive experience with this man's work and would consult with him again- or recommend him to a friend if needed. we need more of his likes in this country esp when it comes to tradesmen's work. Actually, to further remind ourselves that the "rip-off" culture is still alive and well in this country, I got a reply from a "person" offering to do the same job as this man- and note, he quoted the same amount of time for the job- but,the cost was just DOUBLE..i am not joking...for a little over an hours work..is it any wonder many of our tradesmen have no work. And another reply - for approx 1hr+ work- said he couldnt give me even an approx price but said he would need to come to do a "SITE SURVEY" first....I rest my case.but Wish this man every good luck with his work.
