I just purchased an apartment that needed a complete remodel.

The work on the apartment is exemplary and the apartment looks brand new. The work included new flooring, new lighting (recessed spots), new fixtures, and fittings, complete repainting and replastering and the doors and skirting repainted.
He also managed to fix a serious damp issue in the hallway and bedroom and reseal the bathroom wet areas.
Liam kept me updated daily on the work, as I was away, with photos and videos, he also made suggestions and recommendations I would never have considered. He kept me updated on costs so I could stay on budget.
