I hired a John to complete a fencing job out my back garden. John from prim&proper gardening services contacted me via WhatsApp and introduced his service. At no time did John mention that he worked with the Green Team Gardening & Tree Services and portrayed his company to be of a separate entity. John called out and furnished me with a quote, then upped the costing. At this stage I declined to go ahead. John advised he would honour the original quote. A date was set to complete the job.
Upon finishing the work I noticed that a solid fence newly installed was broken. I was assured that they would call out the next day with a new one to replace. The next morning he texted to cancel.
Subsequently over the following week I contacted John to note many other faults, the fence itself was positioned too high with no cement base. One of the posts came loose after one day, one of the gate posts came loose, cement now crumbling and some of the patio bricks were broken, rubbish were left. No receipt of payment was ever furnished. I have contacted John on each occasion noting all of the errors and each time was assured that they would be resolved. Dates were set for him to return and on each date I received a text to cancel.
I am very disappointed with the work done and the treatment I have received. To-date the work remains underdone. I would not recommend their service.
