Although JPK replied to my ad, and I telephoned them and we arranged a time and a date for them to view the work, they were a no show. They did not turn up nor replied or returned my voice mail and call. So I cannot rate their work, only their customer services which in my experience is below poor, contrary to what they state on their website. I have to rate a one star as to provide this feedback I cannot leave zero stars. Pity really.

We employed jpk builders to carry out our loft conversion in November 2012 we had no problems whatsoever the work was done to a very high standard . The reason we employed jpk builders was we needed this project finished before Christmas as we had family coming to stay it was the beginning of November Bill informed us the job would be 5 weeks, this was from start to finish which included painting and fitting carpet etc the job was completed in 5 weeks they even picked up the furniture, bed and wardrobe for me as Ikea could not deliver as it was too close to Christmas and put it all together at no extra cost . thanks bill for a great job at great price

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude at the standard of workmanship your team produced. the work has not only sufficed, but exceeded our expectations. we chose jpk builders as they provided a service that was from start to finish and it was proven to be a totally seamless and stress free process. Any queries we had whatsoever were answered by yourself or john adequately and nothing was to much trouble. your workmen were prompt, polite ,clean and respectful at all times they worked to the best of their ability whilst at our property. the work was planned to such a degree that disruption to our family life was minimum, we would like to finish by saying we would highly recommend JPK builders anyone who required building work undertaken. thanking you once again bill and john for a great job.
