James was professional with good communication, he gave a clear timeline on when he would be available and checked in both the week of the job and the evening before. He made the task easy to manage and gave good guidance on materials. The floor was completed to a high Standard and I was really pleased with his work. Definitely would use James again and no hesitation in recommending him.
