I would very highly recommend John and his team. I needed the wall between my sitting room and the kitchen taken down and have two doors removed and blocked up. He came on the Thursday and done a indept survey and had a full detailed quote for me by Saturday. I was very happy with the quote and with the work John was going to carry out. First thing Monday morning John and his team was at my house as promised and they got straight into work. There was no messing around , they knew what had to be done and just got stuck in. By Friday everything was completed just as he said it would. Every day before the team left John made sure that they cleaned up everything and left my house as clean as possible. Overall I was extremely happy with John's work and the finish was perfect. Also i should add that John was so easy to deal with and communication with him was brilliant. If something changed with the job he didn't hesitate he just got on with it and got the job done. 100% genuine gentleman and great builder. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him and his team again for another job in the future... Thanks John.

We hired John to clear a large area in our garden that was overgrown, had half fallen down sheds and all sorts tangled up in it. John was able to get to the job fast, came on time and we are delighted with the job he did. We would definitely recommend John really nice man to deal with and he did such a good job.

I booked John Fitzpatrick to carry out my bathroom renovation. This involved removing existing floor and wall tiles, stripping out toilet, bath and hand basin. the plumbing needed upgrading also. John agreed to take on the contract and to carry out all work to a finish. My wife and I were impressed by the professionalism, skill and reliability of John and his team. So impressed that we asked him to remove an Chinese slate floor from a kitchen /dining room and retile with porcelain tiles. we were delighted with the result so we asked him if he would be prepared to remove a timber floor in our hall and landing and to lay a new laminate floor. This proved to be no problem, John and his team proved to be multi-skilled and up to every task. We were pleased that we chose John. The project began as one job ,then became two and finally three. all work was carried out to a high standard and finished in good time. We had a bit of an upheaval due to tile removal, but it all proved to be so worth the effort. We have no hesitation to recommending John, and his team, to ensure a trouble free project, completed on time with minimum hassle. The high class finish speaks for itself.
