john came to give me my quotation on thursday night and had said it would be the following week before he could complete my job.. He actually was available the next day. He arrived and worked with his collague all day to near complete the job,replacing stair rail and insrting spindles. Thids job is a very labour intensive job but was doneto perfection.. the only reason it was not completed was that, i,had not purchased enough spindles.
John, who travelled 50 miles to do this job,is ,on my obtaining the spindles,is going to return to finish the job. Both men worked with competance,left the work area tidy on leaving ang even offered to hoover the dust.
Would recommend john for any work to be done and would rate him a 4... Very happy,john,, thank you.. kay
