Thank you so much for our lovely new bathroom. That such a potentially disruptive transformation was achieved without fuss, on time, and in the order you had set out for us, is entirely down to the sheer professionalism of yourself, and your team. Attention was paid to every detail, right down to, and including, tidying up every evening after that day's work had finished.
Everyone involved in the various stages over the five days was a pleasure to have in the house.
Then there was your after-sales service. When you told us that you'd be ' On the other end of the phone' should we have any queries, or if any glitches arose, you were. This is quite possibly unique (in our experience anyway) and only one of the many reasons we'd have for recommending you to anyone else thinking of getting the same work done.
