Spoke to pat on mon. the 22nd of Jan. regarding the job detail , he told me he would ring me on Friday the 26th. at 4.30 to call and survey the work . At 6pm nobody had rung me so I decided to give him a ring to find out the circumstance , he said he would ring me later and asked if I was available on the 27th. sat. next day , I said I was . He never rang me later and did not arrive the next day as promised . I have now decided to look for another plumber because this man has waisted my time and patience for the last 11 days with no heating downstairs .

I cannot recommend Pat highly enough. He has literally just left my home after fixing my an issue with my boiler and fitting a new radiator. This was an emergency job as my boiler was leaking and Pat came out during an extremely busy period (xmas) and fitted me in. He could not be more accommodating, friendly, informative and a thorough gentleman also. I would highly rate him as an excellent plumber, and will recommend him to anyone.
