Got a quote from Michael McNeill to do a BER on my house, seemed like a nice guy at first, I gave him the job, I made all the calls to him to arrange for time to do work, got no date from him, called several times & eventually today he told me to more or less get lost when the dates he suggested didnt suit me as I will be away, I said I will leave it for the moment as I didnt know when I could accomodate him, before i could suggest a new date he told me to "Well, get lost then" & hung up on me. I will not use your website again if this is the type of trades men you endorse, he was very rude & not at all helpfull. 2 weeks on & I still havent my BER done, is this website designed for the defunked tradesmen? This michael mcneill will never grace my door nor will I accept an offer from any other tradesman on this website if this is the standard.
Absolute disgraceful service.
