Peter Building Service carried out work on our behalf, doing redecorating and renovating work which included painting, plastering, tiling, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and all other handy works in several of our properties for our clients. All work that peter has carried out has been very good and my clients were very happy with work carried out by peter.

Peter building services recently carried out a major extension to our attic. It involved electrical, carpentry and plumbing work including the relocation of two water tanks to the gable end of our house. The workmanship carried out by him was of very high quality and the end result exceeded our expectations. Peter was very professional in his approach to the assignment and took great pride in his work. I should also state that he is completely trustworthy and that he had the keys to our house at all times including a time that I was on vacation. I no hesitation in recommending Peter to any householder who is contemplating doing any building work.

Completely refurbished an old gate lodge on our property at above address.The work involved removing the old rook and replacing with a new slate roof;removing all old dry lining and drying out walls prior to sealing,insulating,drylining and plastering.Floors were levelled and new wooden floors were installed.New windows were installed.A new ceiling and roof spaces were put in place.The bathroom and kitchen units were replaced and tiling of bathroom was carried out.The old chimney,which was cracked,was refurbished and a liner inserted and new fireplace and stove installed.A new back porch was put in place and vinyl flooring laid.The whole premises wer redecorated.All this work was carried out promptly ,to a very high standard and was entirely satisfactory.I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Building Services.
