Gerard carried out a complete home renovation for us in 2021. We purchased the house as builders fix and there was nothing but bare walls and floors. Gerard came out to survey the house and advised that he could put a complete team together including a plumber, tiler, electrician carpenter and painter. Gerard laid herringbone floors throughout the house, took down the ceiling in the kitchen to allow the wiring for spotlights, built a false chimney breast for the 3 sided electric fire and the to sit into and put pocket doors dividing the kitchen and sitting room. The rest of the team installed new sanitary ware, tiled 2 bathrooms and a utility room, fit wardrobes, built panelling in the kitchen, sitting room and bedroom, added sockets, fitted appliances, painted all the rooms & doors. The standard of the work was beyond sublime and we will be getting Gerard and his team back soon to convert the attic. I would have no problem recommending Gerard to anyone as he goes above and beyond for his clients and what’s more is that the cost was extremely reasonable.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Gerard and his team. They were a pleasure to deal with. My house is circa 100 years old and they dry lined the entire house and plastered my internal walls. My plasterwork is as smooth as glass. I honestly feel so fortunate to have gotten Gerard and his team. As the work progressed they dealt with unexpected problems with ease. They were in constant communication with me and were very reasonably priced. Their work is outstanding.

Ger king carried out a complete ceiling repair for me in my sitting room in nov 2014 following water damage from a leaking shower. The entire ceiling had to be re slabbed and skimmed. Ger offered me a very competitive quote and completed the job on time and to an excellent standard. I would be happy to recommend him to any potential client.
