Nigel, were you for real when you wrote the following?
"I provide an excellent and efficient service. I have gained a reputation for delivering my work on budget and within the agreed timeframe. I work with the customer to ensure that my work exceeds their expectations."
That is all completely and utterly untrue. You have ruined my mother's back garden, caused her a great deal of heart-break and distress and only for her patience and insistence to try and resolve the matter with you directly I would have intervened a long time ago. To put it bluntly, you are very lucky I have not insisted on legal action - yet. I will naturally, be informing as many as possible about the disgraceful job you did on our garden and that it is now November and you have yet to reimburse my mother for the STATE you left the place in. You are a disgrace to your profession. You are only getting 1 star because I cannot give you any less.
