Ronan carried out a flush on our heating system and during the work the system failed completely. The heating had been working prior to his visit. He left the house with the system not working and the boiler leaking water. He also interfered with the hot tank without discussion, which resulted in a leak that required a basin to collect water. He said he would return to fix this but did not. I had to hire another qualified plumbing company to repair the issues. They confirmed the work should not have been carried out in that way. I had to replace the heating system and pay for additional work to correct the problems caused. I paid €850 via Revolut and no invoice or receipt was provided. I have since taken a Small Claims case to recover this money.

I doubt he’s a plumber. Left 2 urinals leaking. Broke a sink while fitting and replaced it with a completely different one. I had to ajust water inlet valve myself in 2 toilets as he said they were too big but didn’t even know you could shorten arm. Took a water heater that he was replacing that wasn’t his property. Cost me over 300 to get another plumber to fix his work.

Did the job, fixed the issue. No problem with that. Won't issue a receipt for me. The need for a receipt was expressed before he was hired.

Put my ad up on a Sunday night - Ronan replied and arrived on Monday to do a quote and then did the job on the spot. Done and dusted quick smart! Then a week later a separate issue arose - again sent Ronan a text and a photo and he arrived first thing the next morning and fixed the issue - no fuss and no mess. Highly recommend!

Over all a very disappointing service. Ronan came out rushed the job. He was to fix a radiator and fit TRV then told us we needed an electrician to finish the job. When he left we noticed we had no hot water. He promised us he would ring us to talk us through the issue. He didn’t. He left us without hot water for days. He would not answer his phone or text message. We had to pay another plumber to fix the issue! Stay well clear
