SR Construction - Ratings

I employed Sean Rochford as the main contractor to build a front porch, an extionsion to the rear and a block shed with solar panels. Sean and his team also did all the ground work which consisted of foundations, blockwork, tapping into existing water main and sewer. He and his team also laid down cobble lock both front and rear, and also did the heating and electrical work. Sean was extremely nice to work with and trouhgtout the project I made many changes, Sean never complained and carried out the changes to my satisfaction. I would recommend sean and his team to any person or compsny. Theyarrived on to start the workwhen agreed and completed it on time. Once again I can only say that I was delighted I chose Sean and his team to carry out the work. David Connell.

Sean and his team successfully completed the following to our home during the summer of 2010. Constructed a double garage with attic space, including all electrical and plumbing specifications. Site works around the garage which included 5ft high retaining walls and patio preperations. Conversaion of existing attic space in our house into living space with an ensuite, including all electrical and plumbing works. Throughout the construction and conversion Sean always kept us informed of the progress and plans,he maintained the area tidy, to help prevent dust trough the house, which was important as we have two small childern. I contracted with Sean Rochford to build a misic studio on our land. We wanted it in timber to fit in with the environment and it had to have specific requirments in terms of heating, insulation, and ventilation as my husband has several Spanish guitars which have to be stored at the correct tempeture. Sean designed the building to include a bathroom with shower/toilet and a kitchenette with sink, cooker, fridge/freezer. We are extremely pleased with the finished building, which has been built to such a high specification that we could if wanted use it as a granny flat. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sean Rochford as builder/ woodcraftsman/construction engineer etc. Dr Mary O Farrell.

He has constructed a large extension to the rear of my family home. He modernised the rest of my house ie. laid wooden floors throught the ground floor, upgraded woodwork and doors, converted existing garage in a utility room, and installed ensuite bathroom in the attic bedroom.All his work was carried out to an excellent standard. Sean works efficiently, sticks to deadlines and pays great attention to detail.He also has first class tradesmen ie. painters gardener plumber ect. Sean was highly recommended to me by my neighbour and I now have no hesitation in doing the same. Ann Daniel.

We found Sean to be an excellent builder. His work was carried out promptly with no delay. His workmanship and that of his men was superb and in particular we had no difficulty whatsoever with the finish.Finall mysel and my wife are very slow to make recommendations, but we recommended him to two of our neighboures who similarly were very pleased with his work and also to close friends of ours who again are delighted with him. I was entirly satisfied with the performance and standard of workmanship from the contractor throughout the project and found Mr Rochford to be co-operative and constructive at all times.The cliant for the project Mrs Ann Dawson was delighted with the comlpeted project and had an excellent working relationship with Mr Rochford throughout.I would have no hesitation inrecommending SR Construction for any future projects.
