My free to air stopped working and I got a quote from Sean for 120 euro to replace dish and repairs. He arrived Saturday and I was out and my wife was at home. Got a call from him in the afternoon to say he had fitted the dish, had a full signal but something was wrong with my receiver box and he could not get any channels. My wife paid him the 120 euro and he left. He told me a new box would solve the problem and I could buy one for 70 to 80 euro. When I got home I went into the receiver menu and after some time noticed that the LNB was switched to C setting. Changed it to universal and bingo got all channels. I know a friend of mine, trying to be helpful messed around with the receiver box but I would have thought Sean would have known the settings as this is what he does for a living. He also left the old bolts from the old dish in the wall and bent them over with a hammer. Took me an hour to remove them today and fill them before they started bleeding rust marks down my cream wall. At least the dish was aligned correctly but I still cannot believe I was left with no channels. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Sean did a re-wire of our Satellite system recently. He also put in additional wiring for a second room. His work was very neat. He arrived when he said he would and it was very reasonably priced. Would recommend him and would use his services again.

Sean was excellent, great service and very efficient. Arrived when he said he would (actually slightly early) and sourced the issue & fixed it. Very pleased with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Price was reasonable and included parts required. thanks
