I loved the idea of buying a ‘project house’ as my first home. I knew the task would be daunting, but with Semco in charge, I was able to bring a 19th century cottage into the 21st century. Semco took a dark cottage with many small rooms and turned it into a modern, bright, open plan living space, whilst managing to retain all the beautiful original features.
