I write this letter in recommendation of Sheridan Development’s as a general contractor. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Sheridan on the renovation of our School bathrooms & Toilets in December of 2012 as they hadn’t been renovated in 15 Years. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the renovation, Mr. Sheridan was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping and time log. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well. Our job was done with care and precision. They were Fantastic and the design was executed with High Standard and meet those of the Health & Safety Policy of the School In addition to the above, they were extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his assistants never left the worksite in disarray. They vacuumed all drywall dust daily. Mr. Sheridan took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the Building.
