Stephen Byrne to completed extensive remodeling and building work on our property in Saval Park Road, Dalkey (above). We found Stephen to be at all times on hand / site. He was always pleasant. attentive, courteous and obliging. We have had the occasion to use his services on a previous job and were more than happy to avail of his expertise and service again. His attention to detail and skills as a carpenter were also very useful and he delivered work on time, appeared to work well with other contractors and was very tidy on site. For all of these reasons we have not hesitation in recommending his services to friends and have frequently recommend him to others.

I write this letter in recommendation of Stephen Byrne Construction as a building contractor. I had the pleasure of working with Stephen and his team on a kitchen extension in 2014. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the work, Stephen was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping and time log. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well. His work ethic has attracted a very professional, neat and courteous group of knowledgeable craftsmen and we were never concerned with allowing any of them into our home if we weren’t around. Our job was done with care and precision. I look forward to my next collaboration with Stephen Byrne Construction and know my best interests will be in the capable hands of a quality contractor.
