We engaged Tony to build our house in 2014. From the outset we found dealing with Tony very reassuring as he clearly explained to us what was happening and when and at all times kept us advised well in advance of the next decisions he would need from us to maintain progress on our build. Where we had additional requirements over and above Tony always clearly explained the impact to timelines and followed up immediately with a detailed estimate of the cost of the additional work. Because of the clarity and certainty he brought to the project we always felt very much in control of what was happening. In addition his friendly, relaxed and professional approach at all times made what was a stressful period a great deal more manageable for us. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and within the agreed budget. , The standard of the work was incredible. Everything, literally everything, was finished to the highest standard and everything worked perfectly from day one and continues to do so after four years. We highly recommend Tony for work you may be considering undertaking. In our experience he provides a first class standard of work with incredible reliability, dependability and consistency.

TL Egans Construction Ltd built an extension to my home in 2015. A new kitchen and bedroom were built on and a small bedroom was converted into a beautiful en suite. The old kitchen was converted to a wash room and the heating system moved within the house with minimal disruption to the use of space. The finish was impeccable and attention to detail was excellent. A new roof was put in place and insulated. The area at the back of the house was converted to a spacious courtyard. A new space was created for my car at the front while maintaining an area for a garden. There were no delays in any of the work carried out and Tony and his team were very accommodating to me, completing any of my last-minute requests. I found Tony and his team to be extremely competent and very approachable. I highly recommend this very professional team to anyone who is intending to build. I am delighted with my home, thanks to Tony and his team.
